The Foundations Program is delivered across four structured 90-minute sessions and you can complete the same curriculum in one of two ways:

Weekly Track:
One session per week over four weeks. Best for students who want time to practice more between sessions.

Weekend Intensive Track:
All four sessions across one weekend, with two sessions Saturday and two sessions Sunday during the day before Coexist GameHouse opens.
Both tracks include the same sessions, same outcomes, and same certification standards. The only difference is pacing.

Session 1: Cocktail History & Bartending Foundations
Cocktail history, bar culture, bar setup, essential tools, core spirits, and cocktail structure.

Session 2: Classic Cocktails & Technique
Jigger accuracy, shake vs stir, dilution control, and classic cocktail builds: Margarita, Mojito, Old Fashioned, Negroni, Martini or Cosmo.

Session 3: Wine Foundations & Service Confidence
White and red wine structure, service standards, and guest-friendly language for recommendations.

Session 4: Global Beverages, Palate & Guest Experience
Sake, Soju, and Shochu essentials, cultural service, palate development, and guest guidance.

Foundations Certification
Students earn the Proud Wineaux Bartending School Foundations Certification upon successful completion and skill validation.
Certification validates that the student can:
• Proper bar setup
• Build two classic cocktails accurately
• Demonstrate correct jigger use and technique
• Explain one core spirit confidently

Tuition: $1,000 per student
Includes instruction, guided tastings, student materials, and certification.
(If tastings vary by cohort, add: “Tasting selections may vary by session.”)

Preferred Program Format (Required):
• Weekly Track (4 weeks, 1 session per week for a total of month for completion)
• Weekend Intensive Track (1 weekend, 4 sessions in one day or 2 per day, Saturday + Sunday)
